WHY JAVA IS THE BEST DESTINATION FOR YOUR TRAVEL
Java has some of the most beautiful places in the world with beaches, mountain, rocks, waterfalls and temples. There are enough attractions that it would take you a month to view. Take an adventure to see the lava  from Mt. Krakatoa, watching the sun rise from the crest of the Bromo volcano, visit the empty white sand beaches “Sawarna” or enjoy the magnificent Buddhist temple “‘Borobudur”  would be a great start for the adventure.
The Area of JAVA
The area of Java lies between Sumatera to the northwest and Bali to the east, its approximately 132,000 km2. The island administratively divided into four provinces : West Java,  Central Java, East Java, Banten , one special  region Yogyakarta  and capital district Jakarta.
 
 
 
 
West Java
The region is primarily mountainous with rich green valleys hugging lofty volcanic peaks, many of which surround the capital of province Bandung.  West Java surrounds the nation’s capital of Jakarta on three sides and good roads provide links to most of the province, passing through rugged mountains, iridescent paddy fields and along pastoral stretches of palm fringed coastline. There are a number of popular resorts on the western and southern coasts.
  Jakarta
Jakarta, the capital of Indonesian Republic located on the northwestern coast of Java Island. Besides playing the role as political and economic hub of Indonesia, its the land of diversity in the culture, attractions, festivals and cuisine. Jakarta is  the port of entry for many tourists and business people. In recent years the city has expanded its facilities for visitor with luxury hotel, fine restaurants, exciting nightlife and modern shopping centers. Many tourists attractions such as Beautiful Indonesia in Miniature Park (Taman Mini Indonesia Indah), island resort in the Pulau Seribu (Thousand Island) and extensive each recreation complex called “Taman Impian Jaya Ancol”.
Yogyakarta
The area is lying in the shadow of the aptly named “Fire Mountain” (2914 meter-high active volcano Mt. Merapi). This town is the seat of the once mighty Javanese Empire of Mataram, Ngayogyakarta Hadiningrat. Yogyakarta is one of the supreme cultural centers of Java. Full Gamelan orchestras keep alive the rhythms the past, classical Javanese dances entrance with visions of beauty, shadows come to life in the stories of the wayang kulit. The Prambanan Temple is one of the magnificent and beautiful Hindu Temple in this provincial.
  Central Java
The area rich in culture and tradition descending from a powerful Hindu and Buddhist past and more recent Islamic influences. Under the Sailendra and Old Mataram kings in the 8th and 10th centuries the Hindu Javanese culture flourished, and it was during this period that Java’s most remarkable religious monument were Built. The most magnificent monument to Mahayana Buddhism in the world Borobudur , the enormous Hindu temple complex of Prambanan and the ancient side of the oldest Hindu temples in Java on the Dieng Plateau. All of this should be included in your travel plans to Java Island.
East Java
East java has many interesting places for tourism to visit. Variety of attractions ranging from temple sites to unspoiled beaches, stunning volcanoes, extraordinary highland lakes, resplendent marine parks and fantastic wildlife reserves. Magnificent mountain scenery includes the rater and legendary sea of sand at Mount Bromo, the sulphur mountain of “Welirang”, the rugged Ijen Plateau, the island of Madura which is famous for its bull races. A trip to east java is incomplete until you have visited Surabaya, the provincial capital of east java and Indonesia’s second largest city.
  Banten
Located at the western end of Java Island,  Banten provides visitors an extensive array of fascinating things to see and do. Venture to the brink of awesome power of Krakatoa, explore the pristine wildlife reserve of Ujung Kulon on the south western tip of Java, take refuge in the Pulau Dua Bird Sanctuary off the coast of Banten, visit the mysterious Baduy peoples in the remote Halimun Mountain Reserve,  visit Sawarna; a perfect place for weekend escape with empty white sand beaches, Find the big rocks on Tanjung Layar and enjoying surfing at Legon Pari beach.
